The MoveMeRU project is happy to welcome two visiting researchers to the team for the coming weeks!

Alena Zelenskaia has been a research associate and doctoral candidate in the Collaborative Research Centre ‘Cultures of Vigilance’ at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich since October 2019. From mid-April to the end of June, she is a visiting researcher at ZOiS. She will regularly participate in the reading circle of the MoveMeRU project and contribute to the ongoing discussions. In addition, Alena plans to be inspired by the theoretical foundations of the MoveMeRU project to design a project on elderly Ukrainian refugees in Germany in order to apply for a postdoctoral position.

Tessa Conrardy will support the MoveMeRU team from mid-May to the end of June, mainly with the preparation of the project surveys. Tessa is a student of the master's program "Regional Studies - Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia" (REECA), which is conducted by the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University in Massachusetts, USA.

We wish both reseachers an interesting and inspiring time at ZOiS and a wonderful stay in Berlin!
