MoveMeRU engages with the public at Berlin Long Night of the Sciences

On 17 June, the MoveMeRU team organised a public workshop as port of the Berlin Long Night of the Sciences. The workshop posed the question of how historical memories are passed on in the family, between parents and children. Using Poland as an example, the MoveMeRU team showed how surveys can be used to get to the bottom of how historical narratives are passed on between generations - and how to ask the right questions to do so. The audience was invited to participate via a live survey.

The Long Night of the Sciences is an annual event where numerous scientific institutions in Berlin open their doors to the public, allowing for a personal encounter between scientists and citizens.
