Presentation at the University of Passau

On 21 January 2025, our doctoral candidate Sophia Winkler, currently in the second year of her doctorate, presented the progress of her research at the Polcomm Colloquium under the direction of Prof. Dr. Florian Töpfel, her supervisor, and his RUSINFORM research team. Regular exchange with the designated experts on Russian influence operations abroad is of great added value for our research. We benefit from new perspectives on the role of social media in the opinion-forming and identity construction of young people who find themselves between Russia and Germany. The colloquium offers valuable insights that not only enrich our social media analysis but also continuously develop the entire MoveMeRU project.
